“The problem can be invisible because you cannot identify what you do not know. Applying many minds can identify what one is unable to detect.”
The ability to garner information often requires more than one mind. Many minds together can reveal the gaps and make the leap forward to congeal an idea that one cannot.
Steve Jobs offered a quote that strikes a chord. He said, “To turn really interesting ideas and fledgling technologies into a company that can continue to innovate for years, it requires a lot of disciplines.” Consider, good ideas are stimulated, caused or nudged through observation, communication or synthesizing disparate information into one.
The challenge to many minds is in working with one another and valuing the contribution of others. Many minds can offer up the lens that is missing to solving the problem.
