France is focus on smart grid technology to manage future and demand. To address this demand the “Smart Grids Paris 2014 : the topic of smart grids in the focus” (“Smart Grids Paris 2014 : le sujet des réseaux intelligents au coeur des discussions“) is set to discuss the need and relevance to this historic location.

The “Smart Grids Paris Congress 2014 will be held on 11, 12 and 13 June at the Espace Grande Arche de la Défense. An opportunity for stakeholders to discuss together the future of smart grids and their standards in France , and Linky Gazpar , but also to highlight the growing number of investments in the sector. The goal of the conference : to emphasize the need for the development of smart grids in the world.  Electricity and gas smart meters, smart grids these models made in France represent a genuine energy revolution for the country.”

It was identified that in “2020 , the market for smart grids represent 54 billion euros in the world, even though France will have achieved the 23% of energy consumption from renewable energy set by the Grenelle 1 law. Nothing more than normal so that the hexagonal capital organizes an event to the expectations that are born smart grids in the collective environmental awareness. Proof is the growing number of investments in the sector. In 2013 , smart technologies such as smart grids have attracted no less than $ 34.6 billion investment . An increase of almost $ 2 billion a year. The French market , meanwhile , particularly attractive,” posts Media Terre.

It is easy to become logistically linked to the grid of our particular energy source yet, an energy solution is far from a local issue but a global mandate for upgrade. The investment in capital spending in and on the grid is vital commitment to security, health and safety for a city, nation, as well as its stakeholders. Without focus and planning the the grid can become a term loosing meaning and momentum for strategic development.
