“Life can go on autopilot with an ease to go adrift as wood on wave. The willingness to allow new elements into our day can be what is needed for a chasnged day. Consider, what is not elected can be an opportunity to be effected and grow from the experience. Life is a series of experiences framed by the holder and viewed in snap shots by the people in our lives.”
Allowing new stimuli into your cognition allows the brain to process new stimuli and create new neural pathways. Each experience shapes the brain. The tendency is to wrap our lives in the sameness sending the brain a framework that is reconstituted and supported. When new experiences and stimuli enter there is a new opportunity for reshaping your neural net and produce new thinking.
