The development of sustainability is born out of entrepreneurship and technologies advancing partnerships and innovation. The next step in sustainability is funding its development to produce sustainable outcomes. The coordination of government and organizations allow for the “PhilDev Awarded USAID Grant To Promote Innovation & Entrepreneurship” to advance sustainability.
Asian Scientist identified the success of “The Philippine Development Foundation (PhilDev) has been awarded a large, multi-year grant from the United States Agency International Development (USAID) to launch a new program called Innovative Development through Entrepreneurship Acceleration (IDEA). The three-year IDEA entrepreneurship program will train Filipino engineers and scientists in business planning, market identification, product marketing, business incubation, and working with venture capital. The goal is to produce long-term, sustainable economic growth in the Philippines through the creation of innovative, high-growth businesses.”
Chairman Dado Banatao stated, “We believe that education and training are key to any sustainable economic growth and therefore our organization commits itself to developing programs and supporting partnership initiatives in science and technology education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.”
PhilDev is “registered in both the United States and the Philippines with a mission to develop sustainable, long-term economic growth for the Philippines.”
The combined orchestration of collaborators is the production and synthesis of business, entrepreneurship and technology to innovate sustainability across platforms. The advancement of global platforms leads to robust sustainable ecosystem that develops next generation of business and solutions. It will take funding and advocates to entrench sustainable models that lead to systems, processes and leadership penetration. The work that will come out of this research and training will enable replication and data to shape other organizations and societies.
